The checkout currently supports pickup from an available Premium Puffs store and delivery to verified addresses in Greece. Lounge purchases, subscriptions, and lounge-service payments are arranged separately and are not part of online shop checkout. Delivery availability, timing, and cost may depend on the address, courier capacity, product type, weather, holidays, and lawful transport requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and for ensuring an eligible adult is available to receive restricted goods. We may withhold handover if age cannot be verified at pickup or delivery.

• Pickup orders should be collected during the published opening hours or another confirmed window.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a specific service commitment.
• Risk normally passes when the order is handed to the eligible customer or their verified representative.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will help where we can, but orders that have already been packed, collected, delivered, specially sourced, personalized, or reserved for a lounge visit may not be cancellable.

For health, hygiene, safety, excise, and product integrity reasons, tobacco, nicotine, cigar, opened consumables, and sealed restricted goods may be refused for return once supplied, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
